Optical Review - OSJ Young Researcher’s Award

OSJ welcomes contribution from young researchers

Authors whose papers are published in Optical Review are eligible candidates for the “Young Researcher’s Award of the Optical Society of Japan”. 

The Young Researcher’s Award started in 1992 and has been given to young researchers every year by the Optical Society of Japan (OSJ). The recipients are corresponding authors whose papers appeared in Optical Review or Kogaku, a Japanese journal edited by the OSJ. Papers must have been published no more than one year before the award. The researchers must be members of the OSJ and be under 30 years of age on April 1 of the award year. More than 40 young researchers have received the award so far and have continued to work actively in the field of optical research.
