GRG: Direct Submission from arXiv

The journal General Relativity and Gravitation has added support for direct submission from the arXiv e-print service to its Editorial Manager (EM) submission system.

Authors now can upload source files directly from the arXiv database. To submit an article, go to the Submit Online interface, fill in all information and proceed to the 'Attach Files' step. Here, simply provide the arXiv identifier and the compressed file (.tar.gz format) will be automatically downloaded from the arXiv server. The .tar.gz file is unpacked by the system and all of the individual files are uploaded to EM. 

Note: This function is not available when submitting revisions. In this case, authors rather chose to carry forward the files that do not require revision, and can then upload just the revised flies.
