About the authors
Degang Guo is a project manager of the 4th International Engineering Dept., Norinco International Cooperation Ltd. He received his MSc in Estate Management from Renmin University of China in 2012. He used to be responsible for several large-scale engineering projects, such as the Letpadaung mining project in Burma, the construction project of Kamoya copper mine in Congo.
