This book is written in honor of Horst Brezinski and explores a wide and diverse range of topics related to comparative economic studies. Wladimir Andreff is Emeritus Professor in Economics at the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, France and President of the Scientific Council at the Observatory of the Sports Economy, French Ministry for Sports. He is a former President of European Association for Comparative Economic Studies.
