I have an individual account on SpringerLink. Will I need a new one?
YES. Due to privacy reasons we are unable to migrate the existing accounts to the new site and everyone will need to start with a clean slate.
We will contact you by email and ask you to click on a link within the email which will activate your account. Once you have done this, your account will be active and when you log in using those credentials you will be recognized automatically.
Help! It's not working.
Once the migration has taken place in the your geographic territory (please see the schedule below) you will see a link in the header on every page of the new site that will allow you to bypass the redirection and “go back to old version,” which will take you to the old version SpringerLink, where you can log in and continue to get access as you have in the past. This option will be available for several months following the new launch.
