About the editors
Vishwanath Bijalwan obtained his B.Tech. degree in ECE, from Dehradun Institute of Technology (UPTU) in 2009. Hereceived his M.Tech. degree from Uttarakhand Technical University in Digital Communication stream in 2012. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor ECE at IT, Gopeshwar (State Government Institute). Besides this, he is serving some more academic duties of TEQIP Coordinator (A World Bank Project driven by MHRD, NPIU). Earlier he has served the Institute as Examination Controller & Dean Academics. He has total 9 years of teaching experience and 1 year of industry experience. He has worked for various organizations, such as HCL Info System, Doon Institute of Engg. & Technology Rishikesh, Uttaranchal University Dehradun and Institute of Technology, Gopeshwar. In research domain, he has published various research papers in international journals and 05 SCI journals. His research area of interest is wireless ad hoc network, IEEE 802.15.4, machine learning and robotics. He has served as Organizing Chair for IEEE Conference RICE-2017, an international advisory member and a PC member for many national international conferences in India. He is also serving as a reviewing board member for various international journals like IJIMAI (SCI), IGI Global, OMICS group and various IEEE conferences. He is an editorial board member of IJIMAI, IJMLNC and IRJI journals. He is also an active member of IEEE, IAENG, and UACEE. His teaching area of interest is digital electronics, electromagnetic field theory, antenna & wave propagation & digital signal processing. Dr. Rubén González Crespo has a Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering. Currently, he is Dean of Higher School of Engineering from UNIR and Director of the AENOR (Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification) Chair in Certification, Quality and Technology Standards. He is an advisory board member for the Ministry of Education at Colombia and an evaluator from the National Agency for Quality Evaluation and Accreditation of Spain (ANECA). He is a member of different committees at ISO.
