About the editors

Professor Dr. V. H. Patil is currently working as Professor & Head of Computer Engineering department with additional responsibility of Vice-principal at Matoshri College of Engineering & Research Centre Nashik. At Savitribai Phule Pune University, She is currently Chairman of Board of Studies,Computer Engineering (faculty of Science & technology). At Savitribai Phule Pune University, she is a member of various committees as-  Research & Recognition Committee, Academic Council and Faculty. She is recipient of various honors & awards. To name a few: “Best Teacher Award”, Savitribai Phule Pune University, “Significant Contribution Award”, Computer Society of India, Recipient of “Engineering Achievement Award” from Institution Engineers(India). She has authored 3 books in areas Discrete Mathematics, and Data Structures published by McGraw Hill & Oxford University Press respectively. These books are prescribed in syllabus at 70+ universities in India as well as internationally. She has 3 Patents (published) and 10 copyrights to her credit. She has 60+ papers to her credit, which are published at various national and international Journals and conferences. Her areas of special interest include educational development and reform Engineering Education to raise the prestige of the institute and every member of the teacher fraternity.


Nilanjan Dey is Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Techno India College of Technology, Kolkata, India. He is a visiting fellow of the University of Reading, UK. He was an Honorary Visiting Scientist at Global Biomedical Technologies Inc., CA, USA (2012–2015). He was awarded his Ph.D. from Jadavpur University in 2015. He has authored/edited more than 70 books with Elsevier, Wiley, CRC Press, and Springer and published more than 300 papers. He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Ambient Computing and Intelligence, IGI Global, and Associate Editor of IEEE Access and International Journal of Information Technology, Springer. He is Series Co-Editor of Springer Tracts in Nature-Inspired Computing, Springer Nature, Series Co-Editor of Advances in Ubiquitous Sensing Applications for Healthcare, Elsevier, and Series Editor of Computational Intelligence in Engineering Problem Solving and Intelligent Signal Processing and Data Analysis, CRC. His main research interests include medical imaging, machine learning, computer-aided diagnosis, data mining, etc. He is Indian Ambassador of International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) – Young ICT Group. Recently, he has been awarded as one among the top 10 most published academics in the field of Computer Science in India (2015–2017). 



Dr. Parikshit N. Mahalle obtained B.E degree in Computer Engineering from Amravati University, M.E. degree from SPPU, Pune and Ph.D in specialization in Wireless Communication from Aalborg University, Denmark. He was Post Doc Researcher at CMI, Aalborg University, Copenhagen. Currently working as Professor and Head in the Department of Computer Engineering at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, and recognized as Ph. D guide of SSPU Pune. He has 20 years of teaching and research experience. He is on the Research and Recognition Committee at several universities. He is a senior member IEEE, ACM, Life member CSI and ISTE. He is reviewer, editor of ACM, Springer, Elsevier Journals and Member-Editorial Review Board for IGI Global. He has published 150+ publications with 1242 citations and H index 14. He edited 5 and authored 13 books and 7 patents to his credit. He has published a book on Data Analytics for COVID-19 Outbreak. He has delivered 100+ lectures at national and international level on IoT, Big Data and Digitization. He had worked as BOS-Chairman for Information Technology and working as Member-BOS Computer Engineering SPPU and several other institutions also. He received “Best Faculty Award” by Sinhgad Institutes and Cognizant Technologies Solutions.


Mohd Shafi Pathan is Professor at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, Pune. He completed his Ph.D. (CSE) from JNTU Anantapur, India. He has completed a university funded research project on “Public key cryptography for cross-realm authentication in Kerberos”, and he has worked as the resource person for workshops and seminars. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals and conferences. He has worked as Head of the Publicity Committee for International Conference at the Global ICT Standardization Forum for India. He has worked as Organizing Secretary for an International Conference on Internet of Things, Next Generation Networks and Cloud Computing, held at SKNCOE, Pune in 2016 and 2017. He was Guest Editor for a special issue of ICINC 2016 by IGI Global International Journal of Rough Data Sets and Analytics. He has authored four books and one chapter for Springer, and he has published more than 40 research articles in national and international journals. He is a life member of ISTE and CSI.


Vinod V Kimbahune is Associate Professor at Smt. Kashibai Navale College of Engineering, Pune. He has completed his Ph.D. (Computer Engineering) from Savtribai Phule Pune University Pune, India. He has worked as the resource person for workshops and seminars. He is a reviewer for many national and international journals and conferences. He has published more than 50 research article in various national and international conferences and journals. He is having two books on his credit. He has worked as Head of the Publicity Committee for International Conference at the Global ICT Standardization Forum for India. He has worked as Organizing Secretary for an International Conference on Internet of Things, Next Generation Networks and Cloud Computing, held at SKNCOE, Pune, in 2016, 2017, and 2018. He is a life memberof ISTE and CSI.
