About the authors
Andrey Tyulin, Dr. of Economics with a PhD in Engineering, is the CEO of JSC “Russian Space Systems” and Professor at the Peoples' FriendshipUniversity of Russia, the Department of Applied Economic Studies. Tyulin has been working in executive positions in high-tech industries for more than 15 years. He was involved in strategic planning and managing of large science-intensive productions. Having authored over 50 scientific works on economic and technical topics, Tyulin's research is devoted to the issues of managing unique competencies and striving towards a high economic sustainability. For his contributions to science and technology, he was awarded the Russian Federation Government Award.
