About the editor
Dr. Baonian Wan is a director of the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hefei, China. He received Ph.D. degree from University of Würzburg, Germany, in 1991. He has engaged in tokamak plasma diagnosis and physics experiments for decades and has made a series of major achievements in the HT-7 superconducting tokamak physics experiment.
