About this book

Ziel dieses Buches ist die Vermittlung gründlicher Kenntnisse der Organometallchemie der Haupt- und Nebengruppenelemente, etwa im zeitlichen Rahmen einer Vorlesung von vier Semesterwochenstunden. Hierbei kommen sowohl synthetische, strukturelle, spektroskopische, bindungstheoretische und mechanistische als auch anwendungsbezogene Aspekte zur Sprache. Eingestreute Forschungsergebnisse der jüngsten Zeit beleuchten die Dynamik des Faches. Betrachtungen zur Bioorganometallchemie schlagen eine Brücke zum aktuellen Nachbargebiet.
