Include Your Book in the Springer Book Archives!

Springer Book ArchivesThe Springer Book Archives (SBA) will be a historic, enduring collection of scholarly eBooks that will breathe new life into older titles. The SBA will consist of high-quality digital versions of books published between 1842 and 2005 – including many that are out of print – making them available online. Springer is creating this vast archive to ensure that these books live on in perpetuity for future generations of researchers. But to achieve this publishing landmark, we need your support.

We are actively seeking book authors, past and present, to participate in the development of the archive. If you have published with Springer but have not yet been contacted, please be assured that we will be in touch shortly. But despite our best and most sincere attempts, we might not be able find and contact all authors.

If you know a Springer book author – maybe a supervisor, a colleague or a friend – tell them about our one-of-a-kind endeavor. If they find their book in our list of potential archive titles encourage them to contact us and become a part of this historic effort. Authors whose books are part of the Springer Book Archives will be entitled to receive additional royalties, and will also be provided with free access to the electronic version of their book when it is published. To include your book in the Springer Book Archives or to find our list of potential archive titles, keep an eye out for an email from Springer or visit springer.com/SBAauthor.Thank you for your assistance!
