This book investigates the international school policy reform in China from various perspectives.     Jian Li

About the author

Jian Li is Assistant Professor in the China Institute of Education Policy, Faculty of Education, Beijing Normal University, China. She received her Ph.D. degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies (ELPS) from the School of Education, Indiana University Bloomington, the United States of America. Her research interests focus on Education Policy Studies, Globalization, and the Internationalization of Higher Education. Dr Li currently also plays the role of a 'think tanker' at the China Institute of Education and Social Development, Beijing Normal University. She has published more than 100 papers in Chinese and English in multiple SSCI (Social Sciences Citation Index) and CSSCI (Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index) indexed journals, such as Higher Education, International Journal of Education Research, Educational Philosophy and Theory, Educational Research, Comparative Education Research, and China Education Journal. Additionally, she has published 20 English monographs and more than 40 articles in China Education Daily, People's Political Consultative Conference News and People's Daily Overseas Edition. Dr Li has presided over or participated in six national, provincial, and ministerial projects, and serves as editorial board member and reviewer of several international English journals.
