About the authors

Xiubin Zhang is currently a professor at the School of electronic information and electrical engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. His main research interests are information processing and intelligent control, image processing and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, electrical engineering and automation, creative thinking and method theory, etc. Prof. Zhang has published ten academic monographs and more than 200 academic papers in core journals. He also obtained more than 80 Chinese invention patents.


Muhammad Mansoor Khan is currently an associate professor in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of electronic information and electrical engineering. 

Main research interests: new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, smart grid, FACTS, power electronics technology, intelligent control, etc.


Yeerjiang Halimu is currently a lecturer in Xinjiang Agricultural University, School of computer and information engineering. Main research interests: machine learning, pattern recognition and intelligent systems, intelligent optimization algorithm research, etc.
