Weifeng He, received the M.S. degree in aircraft design in 2003 and Ph.D. degree in aerospace science and technology in 2006 in the Air Force Engineering University, Xi'an, China. He is now a professor in the science and technology on plasma dynamics laboratory. His research interests include laser manufacture, surface treatment techniques and structural strength.
