About the editors

João Reis is an Assistant Professor of Service Science, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Lusofona, Portugal. He is a research fellow at the Research Centre for Asset Management and Systems Engineering (RCM2+) and at the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness, and Public Policies (GOVCOPP). In recent years, his research interests have been in service science, industrial engineering, and operations management.

Tiago Pinho is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management in the School of Business Sciences at the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal, Portugal. In the last few years, he has been involved in several industrial projects in operations and supply chain management.

Victor Barbosa is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business Sciences at the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal, Portugal. His research interest is in informatics, operations research methods, and data science.

Luís Barreto is a Coordinator Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, Portugal. He has published several articles on Industry 4.0, networking security, mobility as a service (MaaS), sustainable mobility, wireless mobile health applications, and life-long learning.

Sandrina B. Moreira is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Management and a Researcher at the Center for Research in Business Sciences (CICE) and the Business Research Unit (BRU) at the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal, Portugal. Her broad research and teaching interests are in macroeconomics, economic growth, sustainable and human development, and international economics. She has published several articles in scientific journals, international conference proceedings, books, and book chapters.

Pedro Pardal is a Lecturer and Dean in the Department of Accounting and Finance at the School of Business Administration, Polytechnic Institute of Setubal, Portugal. His research interests are in accounting, financial reporting, finance, capital markets, management, and sustainability. He has published articles in international scientific journals, books, book chapters and conference proceedings.

João Nabais is a Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal, Portugal. He has authored several journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers.
