About the editor

Rim El Khoury is Associate Professor of Finance at Lebanese American University, Lebanon. She holds a Ph.D. in International Finance from Sogang University, South Korea, in 2009.

She is the recipient of several awards such as the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award (2009) and the Academic Excellence Award from the Korean Government (2006). She has guest edited special issues for Strategic Marketing, Competitiveness Review, Higher Education, Skills, Work-Based Learning, and Development and Learning on Organizations. She is co-editing some books. She published several papers in peer-reviewed articles in top-ranked academic journals, including Applied Economic Letters, Journal of Cleaner Production, PLOs One, Bursa Istanbul Review, Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investments, etc.
