About the editors
Mohd Hasimi Yaacob (PhD) currently is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Governance Resilience and Accountability Studies (GRACE), Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research interest is in the field of Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Investments, and Event Studies. He also holds an administration post at University level as a Manager, Tun Ismail Mohamed Ali Foundation Distinguished Chair (YTI-UKM), 2023-present.
Norazlan Alias (PhD) currently is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Governance Resilience and Accountability Studies (GRACE), Faculty of Economics and Management, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research interest is in the field of Corporate Finance & Governance.
