About the editors
Mary E. Hilderbrand is Senior Lecturer and Distinguished Practitioner in Residence at the George H. W. Bush School of Government and Public Service, Texas A&M University. She served as Area Head for Governance and the Policy Process and a member of the teaching faculty at the School of Government and Public Policy – Indonesia during 2013-14, the school’s first academicyear. She holds a PhD in political science from Harvard University.
