Volker Tschammer is head of the ECCO Competence Centre at Fraunhofer FOKUS in Berlin, Germany. Stéphane Amarger is Manager of the Sophia Antipolis Laboratory, Corporate, Technology Group, Hitachi Europe SAS in Valbonne, France.
