With the rapid development of economy and international communication, world population mobility increase significantly. As migrating population is one of vulnerable populations to infectious diseases, strengthening monitoring system and intervention approaches will be a key factor in controlling the spread of infectious diseases. This book is intended to provide valuable information on creating effective prevention and intervention strategies of tuberculosis, taking Shenzhen, one of typical immigrant cities, as an example. Weiye Yu is a Professor of Department of Tuberculosis, The Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. He is the Director of Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control. 
Puxuan Lu is a Professor and Director of Department of Radiology, The Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. He is the vice-chairman of Infectious Disease Radiology Specialty Committee of Chinese Society of Radiology, and the author of Springer books: Diagnostic Imaging of Emerging Infectious Diseases, 2015, and Pulmonary Aspergillosis, 2019. 
Weiguo Tan is a Professor of Department of Tuberculosis, The Shenzhen Center for Chronic Disease Control, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
