About the editor
Dr LIU’s research primarily focuses on hydrological processes and modeling, flood management, and transboundary river water cooperation. She has over five years of research experience in transboundary water cooperation in China, has participated in various Lancang-Mekong water resources cooperation activities, and has served as program manager for three international cooperation projects involving Mekong River countries. She was an editor of a joint publication by the MWR of China and MRC in 2016 and is the author of more than 10 journal papers and one book.
