About the author
Zhitian Guo is a lecturer in Central China Normal University, and her main areas of research interests are ethnicity, and cultural sociology. She currently hosts and participates in a number of projects in poverty reduction. Her current interest lies in examining how ethnic populations respond to the economic, political and cultural changes in recent campaigns.
