About the authors

Francesc Solanellas is Professor of Sports Management at INEFC-University of Barcelona, and Professor of the Master Memos Programme in the English, French and Spanish versions. He has also worked for the Catalan Tennis Federation, Babolat, FCBarcelona and for the Swimming World Championship BCN 2013. He is in charge of the Barcelona and New York Session of Mesgo Programme with UEFA support.



Alain Ferrand is Professor Emeritus of Marketing and Management at the University of Poitiers, France. He is Director of the Executive Master in Sport Organisations Management, as well as Professor at Scuola Dello Sport in Rome (Italian Olympic Committee) and member of the Centre for Sports Law and Economics. In collaboration with other universities, he is responsible for the French Memos in the English version.


Andreu Camps is Professor of Sports Management at INEFC-Lleida, University of Lleida, Spain, and General Secretary of the RFEF. He has been President of the National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia, Spain, and author or co-author of 41 specialized Sport Management books and 22 professional articles published by leading scientific journals.
