This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 19th International Conference on CParallel and Distributed Computing, Applications and Technologies, PDCAT 2018, held in Jeju Island, South Korea, in August 2018. 

The 35 revised full papers presented along with the 14 short papers and were carefully reviewed and selected from 150 submissions.
