About the editors

Jianxing Yu is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and Dean of the School of Public Affairs at Zhejiang University, China. He is also Director of the Institute for Civil Society Development.

Sujian Guo is Professor at the Department of Political Science, and Director of the Center for US-China Policy Studies at San Francisco State University.
