About the editors

Lin LI,one of the editors of this book, is director as well as researcher and tutor of doctorate of Institute of Law, CASS. His major research areas are Jurisprudence, Legislation, Constitutional Law, and Comparative Law, especially the theory of Human Rights and Rule of Law, theory of Constitutionalism and Democracy. He published more than 160 articles, and submitted more than 60 confidential research reports.
Tian He, co-editor of this book, is a researcher of Institute of Law, CASS, as well as an editor of Annual Reports on China’s Rule of Law (Blue Books of Rule of Law), which features a series of reports on the assessment of index of rule of law, analyzes various hot issues in the relevant fields of the rule of laws in China annually,and generates great attentions.
