About the editors

Dr. Bijaya Ketan Panigrahi is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), Delhi, India. His major research areas include Power Quality, Flexible Alternating Current Transmission System (FACTS) Devices, Power System Protection, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications to Power Systems, and Nature Inspired Computing. He is actively working on numerous projects for industry and government. A member of various professional societies including the IEEE (USA), he is also associated with many international journals of repute, in different capacities. 
Prof. Hoda is currently a Professor of Computer Science and Director, Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi. He has over 22 years of academic experience in different capacities. Prior to joining the academic world, he initially worked in the corporate sector as a Software Engineer. He is an expert member of many board level committees of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). His current areas of research include Information System Audits, Software Engineering, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Innovative Pedagogies for 21st Century Teaching Learning Systems. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, CSI, IE (I), ISTE, ISCA, ACM and a fellow of the IETE. 
Dr. Vinod Sharma is currently a Professor at the Dept. of Computer Science and IT, University of Jammu, India. He has been the Head of the Department since April 2015. A member of the Computer Society of India (CSI), he obtained his Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) Mumbai in 1991, and his PhD (Computer Science) from the University of Jammu in 2009. 
Dr. Shivendra Goel holds a PhD in Computer Engineering. He completed his MCA (Honors) at Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and his MPhil (Computer Science, CS) at Chaudhary (Ch.) Devi Lal University. He is currently an Associate Professor at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Institute of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi. He worked with Northern India Engineering College (NIEC), New Delhi and as a Software Engineer at Eagle Information Systems, Noida. Dr. Goel is a Microsoft Faculty Fellow (MFF) and member of the LMCSI and LMISTE.
