About the author

Xin Ming, doctor of philosophy, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Central Party School of CPC Central Committee. His main research areas are institutional philosophy, political party politics and social development. He is committed to the study of social reform and institutional innovation from the perspective of philosophy, as well as focusing on the CPC’ s theoretical innovation and strategic innovation of Chinese path and etc. He participated in several important research tasks such as “General Layout of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”, “Summary of Experiences in Reform and Opening up”, “Assessment System of Party and Political Leaders’ Performance” and led annual research work “China in Leaders’ Eyes”, compiled readers for Chinese CPC members and leaders. His main works are On Institution, The Latest Achievements of Sinofication of Marxism, Truth: China Road China Said, Characteristics and Advantages: The Development of China’s Politics. He is also the chief editor of Zhongnanhai Issues, Since China's Accession to WTO: Countermeasures and Choices, Daily Changes: China in Leaders’ eyes.
