Reviews

` Overall this book is of great interest to palaeolimnologists of all kinds and it affords scientists a wealth of information and refences. Also it is a major compilation and is likely to become an important work of reference. This is an essential addition to the library of everyone who has more than a passing interest in environmental history. '
