About this book

Het sport-medisch formularium biedt een duidelijk overzicht van de huidige inzichten in preventie, behandeling en revalidatie van sportletsel. Iedere aandoening wordt op een identieke wijze en in compacte vorm beschreven. De belangrijkste sportletsels komen aan de orde. Daarnaast wordt er veel aandacht besteed aan het steeds groter wordende probleem van chronische blessures.Na de anatomie, klachten, ongevalmechanisme, diagnostiek en differentiële diagnose worden de therapie en revalidatie, sporthervatting en preventie uitgewerkt.Dit formularium is primair bedoeld voor (sport)artsen en (sport)fysiotherapeuten. Daarnaast is het ook van belang voor degenen, die betrokken zijn bij begeleiding van sporters, zoals trainers, coaches, verzorgers en masseurs.
