Das Projekt als Organisationsform wie auch die Arbeit in Projekten gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung und damit auch das Controlling von Projekten und Projekt-Portfolios. Die Instrumente des Projekt- und Portfolio-Controllings können den Anforderungen eines IT-Programms jedoch nicht gerecht werden. Florian Haack etabliert das IT-Programm-Controlling als eigenständige Teildisziplin mit einem Analysemodell für die Konzeption und zwei Referenzsystemen zur konkreten Ausgestaltung.
