Anna Laros untersucht die transformativen Lernprozesse von Unternehmerinnen mit Migrationsgeschichte vor, während und nach ihrer Unternehmensgründung. Mithilfe der Methodologie und Methode der Grounded Theory arbeitet sie heraus, wie die Unternehmerinnen in vier Lernphasen ihre Bedeutungsperspektiven verändern, wie aus einem beruflichen Selbstverständnis ein unternehmerisches entsteht. Grundlage für die Diskussion der Ergebnisse bildet die Theorie des transformativen Lernens nach Jack Mezirow. Die Studie wirft ein neues Licht auf die Theorie des transformativen Lernens und liefert eine theoretische Grundlage für die Weiterentwicklung der transformativen Erwachsenenbildung.
