Ines Mikisek zeigt anhand ihrer Synthese des Evidence-Based-Managements, dass die Führungskraft auf drei Ebenen Einfluss auf die Gesundheit von Mitarbeitern hat: indirekt, direkt und durch ihre Vorbildwirkung. Durch die Anwendung eines Systematic Reviews durchsucht die Autorin die Literatur auf dem Gebiet der gesundheitsförderlichen Führung systematisch, um Ergebnisse der Auswirkungen personaler Führung auf die Mitarbeitergesundheit zu finden. In einer Post-hoc Erweiterung wird ferner die Rentabilität der Investition in die Mitarbeitergesundheit geprüft. Im Fazit werden praktische Tipps für die individuelle Führungskraft und das Unternehmen auf einer Metaebene abgeleitet.
