Das Risikocontrolling in der Immobilienbranche hat in den letzten Jahren deutlich an Wichtigkeit gewonnen. Eine Herausforderung ist es, Markttrends frühzeitig zu erkennen und ihre Auswirkungen auf ein Immobilienportfolio adäquat abzuschätzen. Rupert Späth setzt mittels eines selbstentwickelten Crawlers Daten von zu managenden Objekten ins Verhältnis zu Angeboten aus Immobilienportalen. Außerdem erweitert er die Controllingbasis durch die Übertragung von Daten von Bestandsobjekten und durch Berücksichtigung der Prognose des Mieterverhaltens mittels probabilistischer Simulation. Auf die Aggregation und Interpretation unter besonderer Beachtung der Unternehmensliquidität wird abschließend eingegangen.
