Soziale Konflikte verfügen über ein enormes Produktivitätspotenzial. Sascha Bark untersucht produktive Konfliktleistungen, ihre Bedingungen und Einflussfaktoren und konstruiert ein anschlussfähiges Ordnungs- und Klassifikationsschema, das eine Zusammenführung unterschiedlicher Konfliktperspektiven und -konzepte ermöglicht.
