Die Mobilität hat aufgrund neuerer Informations-, Kommunikations- und Transporttechniken nicht nur im privaten Sektor, sondern auch in der Arbeitswelt an Bedeutung gewonnen. Doch die damit einhergehende Veränderung der Rahmenbedingungen mobiler Arbeit bringt Koordinations- und Motivationsprobleme für die Organisation mit sich, die von der klassischen Organisationslehre bislang kaum beachtet wurden. Auf Basis von Fallstudien und Expertengesprächen unterschiedlicher Branchen analysiert Bernd A. Schulte theoretisch fundiert die Organisationsprobleme mobiler Arbeitsverhältnisse. Der Autor geht dabei vor allem auf organisatorische Auswirkungen, Entwicklungstrends und Potentiale mobiler Informations- und Kommunikationstechniken ein.

About the author

Dr. Bernd A. Schulte promovierte am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Arnold Picot der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Er ist derzeit als Leiter der Abteilung für Internationale Carrier-Beziehungen bei der Viag Interkom in München tätig.
