This book explores how psychological empowerment can influence and enhance job satisfaction. Zakkariya K.A. is Professor in Management at Cochin University of Science and Technology, India with 20 years of teaching and research experience. He has occupied various positions in statutory bodies of different universities and published over fifty papers in reputed journals and books.
