Rafael Mariano ManĂ³vil, Doctor in Law, University of Buenos Aires. Professor of Commercial Law (currently Professor Emeritus still holding the chair) at the University of Buenos Aires. Member of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. Read Public International Law at University College London. Former scholar at the Max Planck Institut fĂ¼r ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht (Hamburg). Former chair of the Argentine-German Law Society and the International Nuclear Law Association. Published books, chapters and papers and delivered lectures in several countries. He has been appointed to Committees to draft a Unified Civil and Commercial Code, a Code of Private International Law and the General Company Law.
