About the author
Jubran Akram holds a PhD degree in Geophysics from the University of Calgary (Canada) with a specialization in microseismic data analysis and algorithms development. His postdoctoral research experience includes work at the University of Calgary and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Saudi Arabia). He has also worked in the petroleum industry in various positions involving the processing of seismic and microseismic data, and research and development (technical & software). Currently, he is the managing director (technology development) at Zero-Offset Technology Solutions, Inc., Calgary, Canada.
