Cristian Lorenzo is a Doctor in International Relations. He is a researcher at the Centro Austral de Investigaciones Científicas (CADIC) – Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas (CONICET) and a lecturer at the Universidad Nacional de Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
