About the editors

Carolina Machado is an Associate Professor at the University of Minho, Portugal. She posses experience and research interests in the field of Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management in SMEs, Training and Development, Management Change and Knowledge Management. She is the Head of Human Resources Management Work Group at University of Minho, as well as Chief Editor of the International Journal of Applied Management Sciences and Engineering (IJAMSE).

J. Paulo Davim is a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Aveiro. He has 30+ years of experience in teaching and research in the field of Manufacturing, Materials and Mechanical Engineering, with special emphasis in Machining & Tribology. Recently, he has also interest in Management/Industrial Engineering and Higher Education for Sustainability/Engineering Education. He is the Editor in Chief of several international journals and EditorialBoard member of 30 international journals.
