A Journal of Contemporary Legal and Social Policy Issues
The Liverpool Law Review is a tri-annual journal dedicated to the examination of contemporary United Kingdom, European, and international legal and social policy issues. The journal features articles, commentaries, and reviews across a wide range of theoretical and practical legal and social policy matters. Topics include public and private law, civil and criminal justice, international law, ethics, and legal theory.
In recognition of its many international subscribers, the journal regularly publishes important contributions from both the United Kingdom and abroad. Quick submission to publication ensures that articles and commentaries are current.
As a result of the significant disruption that is being caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we are very aware that many researchers will have difficulty in meeting the timelines associated with our peer review process during normal times. Please do let us know if you need additional time. Our systems will continue to remind you of the original timelines but we intend to be highly flexible at this time.
