SpringerMaterials is based on the Landolt-Börnstein New Series, the unique, fully evaluated data collection in all areas of physical sciences and engineering.

Promoting SpringerMaterials at your library

Information for library administrators
To get started with the SpringerMaterials database, your patrons will only need an internet browser, e.g. Firefox or Internet Explorer and the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Access to the product is validated by your institution’s IP addresses. If you would like to update your registered IP addresses, please send an email to email@example.com
The library administrator has received an email from us on how to create a user name for the administrator portal on SpringerMaterials. On the administrator portal you can manage remote access for your patrons and view the usage reports.
The administrator within your institution can download usage statistics from SpringerLink or directly on SpringerMaterials. Statistics for the current month will be available by the 15th of the following month. If you need more information or a new user name and password, please contact
