Welche Rolle kommt pädagogischen Prinzipien bei der Planung und Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen zu? Anhand von Mitarbeitergesprächen in einem Sozial- und in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen werden auf qualitativ-empirischem Weg organisationale Muster herausgearbeitet, die für die Umsetzung von individuellen und organisationalen Lern- und Entwicklungsprozessen eine lernförderliche oder lernhinderliche Wirkung haben. Zudem wird gezeigt, dass Führungskräfte über organisationspädagogische Kompetenzen verfügen müssen, wenn Personalentwicklung gelingen soll.
