Tim Teetz stellt basierend auf aktuellen Theorien der Arbeitsgestaltung eine Job Rotation Pilotstudie zur Sicherung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von Produktionsmitarbeitern vor. Erste Ergebnisse aus der langfristig angelegten Evaluation zeigen dabei positive Effekte in der intrinsischen Motivation, der Work Ability und dem affektiven Commitment der Teilnehmer. Ferner ergeben sich auch Unterschiede in der Wahrnehmung der Arbeitsbedingungen. Bestätigen sich die Ergebnisse im weiteren Projektverlauf, stellt Job Rotation damit eine wirkungsvolle Arbeitsgestaltungsmaßnahme für die Industrie dar, um dem demographischen Wandel erfolgreich zu begegnen.
