Manuscripts for regular and special issues should be submitted electronically.
Proposals for Special Issues should be sent directly to Editor-in-Chief Prof. Marina Gavrilova and contain subject area, objective, scope, motivation, list of international reviewers and detailed timelines.
Special Issues following established internationally recognized events are accepted for consideration under following conditions: between 1% to 20% of highest-ranked full papers can be invited to SI (minimum issues size is 14 papers of 12 to 20 pages in length), at least 50% new material must be included in submission, each submission must undergo additional refereeing process. Final decision on acceptance of SI will be communicated after successful event takes place.
For Thematic Special issue, once topic of SI is negotiated with prospective Guest Editor, Guest Editor is approved to proceed with advertisement, CFP and paper collection. Final decision on whether SI will be published as part of TCS Journal will be made by Editors-in-Chief subject to submission deadlines being met, sufficient number of articles received, refereeing process being transparent, and final selected article’s quality and scope meeting TCS standards.
