About this book series

The scope of the following series of books included in Systems Biology is wide and ranges from the expression of mRNAs and proteins to network modeling. Each book in the series intends to introduce various experimental omics tools, such as transcriptomics, proteomics, interactomics, metabolomics and fluxomics, and computational approaches challenging theoretical and modeling optimization in systems biology. Each book represents methodological and experimental procedures, bioinformatic algorithms, and up-to-minute full range of systems biology programs by emphasizing their successful applications. The books in this series will attempt to help students of biology or bioinformatics, and also be suitable for advanced researchers who approach biology in a systemic way.

Discontinued series: although this series no longer publishes new content, the published titles listed here remain available.
