About the Editor

Md Mizanur Rahman is Research Associate Professor and graduate Faculty at the Gulf Studies Program and Center, College of Arts and Science, Qatar University. His research sites are interregional, embracing the Gulf countries and Southeast and South Asian countries. He has published more than 25 journal articles, 20 book chapters, and 10 books on migration and diaspora studies focusing on the Arab Gulf states, South Asia, and Southeast Asia. He published research monographs and edited volumes with Oxford University Press, Palgrave Macmillan, Routledge, and Springer. He was Migration Research Leaders Syndicate member for the 2018 Global Compact on Safe, Orderly, and Regular Migration, spearheaded by IOM, UN Migration Agency.
