About the Editor

Samantha Parsley is a Professor at Cardiff Business School, UK. She leads the International Network for Visual Stduies in Organizations (www.in-visio.org) and is a pioneering arts-based, sensory methodologist based in the UK.

​Steven S. Taylor is a Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Foisie Business School, US. His research is focused in two areas, Organizational aesthetics and reflective practice. Taylor is a founder of the field of Organizational Aesthetics, co-convenor of the bi-annual ‘Art Management and Organization’ conference and editor of the journal Organizational Aesthetics.
