About the Editor
Doris Gomez is Dean of the School of Business & Leadership at Regent University, USA. She has earned her MBA at Vienna's University of Economics & Business Administration, Austria. After years in business, she completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University's School of Business & Leadership. She served as the director of Regent's M.A. in Organizational Leadership program from 2007-2016. In October 2014, the Board of Trustees unanimously appointed her as dean of the School of Business & Leadership.Her research interests include leadership development in the online environment, online education and student retention, cross-cultural leadership issues, leadership formation, character formation in leaders, and the inner life of leaders.
Kathleen Patterson is Professor and Director of the Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Regent University, USA. She is certified in both LPI (Leadership Practices Inventory), and EI (Emotional Intelligence), and sits on the board of directors for the Larry C. Spears Center and CareNet. She is a noted expert on servant leadership and coordinates an annual Servant Leadership Research Roundtable and three Global Servant Leadership Research Roundtables in the Netherlands, Australia, and Iceland.
Bruce Winston is Director of the Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership program at Regent University, USA. He served as Dean of the School of Business Leadership from 2006-2013, growing the program and publications and earned prestigious accreditations for its MBA and leadership programs, including ACBSP and ASEL. His research interests include servant leadership, organizational development and transformation, leadership development, distance education, and technology in higher education.
Gary Oster ‎is Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Regent University, USA and Director of the M.A. in Business & Design Management program. His research interests focus on innovation and corporate competitiveness, and he serves as Editor of the Journal of Transformative Innovation.
